My group and I had a great virtual experience with Chef Smoove. He was patient, attentive, and courteous of our time. Every question I had about substitutions, he was willing and ready to answer at the drop of a hat. The vegan mac and cheese and the fried oyster mushrooms were a show-stopper. Book him now!!!! Chef Nadim's class was such a joyful experience! Members of our DEI and Black Resource Group greatly appreciated his time and expertise as he instructed us through this exciting recipe. His generosity, wisdom and inspiration helped us all make delicious dishes from the comforts of our homes! Our loved ones ate it all up and couldn't believe that it was vegan! I highly recommend taking his class and we hope to have him back with us again!
